About this course

While it is a deeply rewarding journey, the constant demands of caregiving, managing family dynamics, and balancing professional responsibilities can leave parents feeling exhausted, disconnected, and overwhelmed. These feelings, compounded by societal expectations and a lack of self-care, often culminate in Parental Burnout (PB).
