The Organizational Psychology Internship is tailored for students who are passionate about understanding workplace dynamics and creating positive, inclusive environments. A key feature of this program is the focus on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge of addressing workplace harassment and fostering organizational safety. Students will also learn to design and implement interventions for team building, leadership coaching, and workplace productivity.
Through hands-on training, participants will develop expertise in conducting organizational assessments such as employee satisfaction surveys and leadership evaluations. They will explore ethical frameworks for handling sensitive workplace issues and acquire the skills to drive organizational development initiatives. This program provides a balanced approach to understanding the human element within corporate settings while equipping students with actionable strategies to address workplace challenges.
With 6 industry visits to corporate offices, HR consultancies, and training organizations, students will gain real-world insights into the application of organizational psychology principles. The 5 immersion training sessions will focus on POSH implementation, leadership assessments, and team-building exercises. By the end of the internship, participants will be ready to make meaningful contributions to organizations by optimizing workplace dynamics and promoting employee well-being.
